What to expect from your Event Photography Coverage

Pre-Event Planning

Once your event is booked in the diary we’ll discuss your requirements further. I’ll ask you about the timings of the event, key moments you’d like captured, photo permission, specific branding and style guidelines and logistical details.

Image Delivery

I know that you’ll be keen to see your pictures and you’ll want to share them promptly. Within 24 hours I’ll send you a ‘sneak peak’ of the very best. Depending on the scale of coverage, you can expect the remaining photos to be delivered within a week. If you need your full set of images sooner please just let me know at the time of booking. All of my event coverage includes a complete set of high-resolution digital files, thoughtfully curated and presented in a password-protected online gallery. You’ll be able to conveniently download the images and share to your heart’s content with all of your guests as you wish.

Conference Photography and Business Events

I regularly photograph conferences, seminars and talks, providing reliable coverage that reflects the scale and purpose of the event. This includes keynote speakers, panel discussions, presentations, audience engagement and branded details.

Working calmly and discreetly, I ensure key moments are captured without disrupting speakers or attendees. Images can be supplied promptly for post-event marketing, reports, websites and social media.

Event Photography Pricing & packages

My Event Photography services are charged by the hour, with a minimum of two hours, and include all edited digital images. Photoshoots outside a radius of 20 miles from Ardingly, near Haywards Heath may incur travel costs.
