My experience and approach

School prospectus photography is one of my favourite areas of work, combining my background in children’s photography with commercial and event photography.

I work calmly and respectfully within school environments, photographing pupils of all ages in a way that feels natural and unobtrusive.  My approach allows lessons and routines to continue with minimal disruption while capturing genuine moments of engagement and connection.

Many of the schools and colleges I work with become regular clients, asking me back to photograph their prospectuses, websites and events year after year.  This ongoing work allows me to build strong professional relationships with staff and understand the visual style that best represents each school.

I have extensive experience working with children and adults with additional needs, and I approach every setting with sensitivity, patience and respect.

SCHOOL PROSPECTUS PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING

 

All pricing includes shooting time, editing time and delivery of all edited images as high-resolution digital files in a password-protected gallery.  Every prospectus photography commission also includes a comprehensive licence, allowing images to be used across your website, social media, press releases and printed marketing materials such as prospectuses, leaflets, banners and displays.

Hourly rate

£250
  • Priced per hour
  • My prices include basic editing (culling, exposure adjustment and cropping) of the best images.  Any additional editing or specialist retouching will be quoted for separately.

Half School Day

£650*
  • Morning / Afternoon
  • My prices include basic editing (culling, exposure adjustment and cropping) of the best images.  Any additional editing or specialist retouching will be quoted for separately.

Full School Day

£895*
  • Full school day
  • Before or After School Clubs charged at £100 per hour
  • My prices include basic editing (culling, exposure adjustment and cropping) of the best image.  Any additional editing or specialist retouching will be quoted for separately.

* Photoshoots outside a radius of 20 miles from my home in Ardingly near Haywards Heath will incur travel fees.  In addition, parking will be charged if you have no on-site parking.

ARE YOU DBS CHECKED?

Yes, I hold an Enchanced DBS (Discolsure and Barring Service) Certificate which can be viewed on request.  I’m also fully insured with both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

How long have you been doing school branding photography?

I have been photographing schools since 2018 and have been lucky enough to photograph schools all over the South East of England since then.

CAN YOU CREATE SCHOOL PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS?

I only provide stills photography but would highly recommend Pasha Digital if you are looking for videos.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF OUR SCHOOL PHOTO SHOOT?

If heavy rain is forecast I’d be happy to postpone our photoshoot.
